Legend of Tarzan : Stills and behind-the-scenes photos of motion capture apes
Images of motion capture actor Ace Ruele have surfaced via social media and show Ruele in motion capture gear and in a picture with Alexander Skarsgard. Ruele is reported to have played a lion and three apes in Legend of Tarzan. Perhaps this is a good thing, since amidst the many positive discussion threads on social media about Legend of Tarzan, there’s a thread on the IMDB message boards about “monkey suits” with one visionary there insisting the apes are accomplished by “men in monkey suits.”

I look forward to all the ‘behind the scenes/making of’ extras when the dvd comes out.
As for the trolls on IMBD, I note they’ve made a very strong return to the Tarzan message boards once WB release the stills/poster/trailer.Some of them are just being malicious for the sake of being malicious. But some of them do appear to be not particularly high functioning the in the brain area.
I think this visionary on IMBD who keeps insisting he saw a zipper on the back of a monkey suit is what is commonly called a troll. He is getting a kick out of making up something totally outrageous and insisting it is true just to get a reaction from others on the board. There is no way he saw what he said he saw.
