Special Double Feature for Fans of All Silent Tarzan Films

American Cinematheque/Retroformat is presenting the original silent Tarzan of the Apes (1918), plus The Adventures of Tarzan (1921),  both starring the role’s originator, mighty Elmo Lincoln at the Special Screening Room of the historic Egyptian Theater in Hollywood on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at 7:30 PM.   The films will be shown with Cliff Retallic at the Keyboard!

Special guest is our pal Scott Tracy Griffin, who will be on hand at 6:30Pm, signing copies of his commemorative visual history, Tarzan: The Centennial History.  Tracy will also do a presentation on Tarzan history.
