John Carter Fan Art Gallery
Every once in awhile, it’s good to take in some of the fan art that was crated by artists inspired by John Carter — the books and the movie.
Here’s a collection I put together

Thank you. I became a fan by collecting the cover art from the Ace Books editions back in the late 50″s I think it was. I would draw them out on a large sketch pad as a boy. This is what led to me being an Edgar Rice Burroughs Fan. I also attended the pre-screening at the studio in Burbank of the John Carter movie. Too bad they didn’t handle this property right at there release.
Love seeing all the artwork though, still a fan of Krenkel and Frazetta.
The are is very nice. Thanks for sharing.
