John Carter Reviews: Disney lifts embargo, accolades roll in on Twitter from Arizona Press Screenings
Disney had originally put an embargo on tweets from those who viewed John Carter at the Arizona press screenings, but now they have widely lifted the embargo and tweets are coming out which, like the previous early reviews, support the notion that the guy who made Wall-E and Nemo has not suddenly developed amnesia — he does, in fact, know how to make a movie. Duh. This is much needed adrenaline….

JOHN CARTER is a great movie. For 2 hours I was transported to another time and place. Can’t wait to see it again. Don’t miss it.

Also the effects were amazing. The action scenes inspiring. And the music was fantastic. Seriously….JOHN CARTER is not to be missed.

I am no longer in danger of being killed for saying that I quite liked “John Carter”.Full reviews are still embargoed, though.

The best parts of JOHN CARTER are Woola and Dejah Thoris. A generation will be ushered into puberty by Lynn Collins.

John Carter (aka John Carter of Mars) is MUCH better than it looks. A great sci-fi film. Plan on seeing it!

JOHN CARTER AND THE GODS OF HOLLYWOOD — BOOK TRAILER (WELL, FEATURETTE) . . .

Paperback
"A fair, factual, and enlightening assessment of what went wrong . . . the best corporate history I've read since Disney War." Daniel Butcher, Between Disney."A winning book . . . . I have no reservations in recommending John Carter and the Gods of Hollywood. Even if you only remotely hold an interest in the film or the moviemaking method, do yourself a favor and purchase this book. I cannot remember an instance when I read 350 pages of anything in 24 hours, but my level of captivation in how methodically and interestingly the content was presented should substantiate why John Carter and the Gods of Hollywood is a must-read. Grade A." Brett Nachman, Geeks of Doom.
"A must read for every fan of Edgar Rice Burroughs and John Carter and every film buff intrigued by the 'inside baseball' aspects of modern Hollywood." Richard A. Lupoff, Author of Edgar Rice Burroughs, Master of Adventure

Just a thought.
