New John Carter Images
Some new John Carter images have surfaced today — I particularlylike all of the Dejah Thoris pics. I’ve had my questions about the approach Stanton took with “my” beloved Dejah Thoris (don’t we all feel that way, when we’ve read the books growing up?) …..but at this rate by the time the movie opens I’ll be completely ready for the Lynn/Andrew version:

I’m perfectly fine with Lynn Collins as Dejah–she’s certainly grown on me, and the more images I see of her as the character, the more I feel that Stanton and company made the right decision in casting her.
Of course, if APOM had been made in the 1970s, I would picture Carolyn Munro in the role of Dejah Thoris….but that’s just me. 😎
