Opening Night Audience Reactions at El Capitan Theater

Dotar, Kantos Kan, and Ras Thavas all went down to the El Capitan on Hollywood Boulevard tonight and caught reactions from the people exiting the 7pm show. Unlike preview audiences — this was a group of real opening day ppl…..and it was fun.

Also — stay tuned because at El Capitan they have a wonderful display of props and costumes from the movie and we got great footage of that, including closeups of things like John Carter’s journal and will…..pretty fun. Also closeups of the firing mechanisms of Helium and Zodanga radium rifles (steampunk for sure), and other stuff.

Here are the audience reactions, which were great. Very encouraging to see the light in people’s eyes after seeing it.
