Unfortunately many contemporaries, brainwashed by continuous exposition to minced info-ads, have completely lost their memory and consider everything older than five years as prehistorical. This is why this little trailer should be shown in schools, to remind the kids where the stuff comes from they’re eventually consuming, if reading at all.
In any case, it’s a very good move that they use “John Carter” to promote book reading among younger generations.

I agree. There should have been tons of these months in advance, positioning the movie properly in the minds of potential audience.
It’s a cool short news piece, although it’s a shame that it wasn’t released until the day before the movie came out. This video is just the sort of thing we should have been seeing back in January to create awareness of the movie.
